Sheltered from a dead end on Holyrood Road and close to the Royal Palace, this establishment rents out some 50 units (T1, T2 or T3) by night. The kitchens are modern, fully equipped and there is also a sitting area with television. The rooms, double or twin, are basic but large and offer storage space, cupboard and desk. Each has its own bathroom, which means two per apartment and one per studio. If prices go up a lot in the summer, this can be a very good option to spend some time in town in the off-season.

Safe, clean and spacious room with all amenities including a cute all inclusive kitchenette. Walkable distance to main attractions. Staff is friendly and helpful too!

NOT SERIOUS ! I will explain to you how this establishment really scammed me and that it is absolutely necessary to flee the hotel. I arrived, I paid more than 210 euros for two nights. Already the reception was very average, very cold. To drop off your luggage in the event of theft, they are not responsible.
Then I arrived in the room, no hot water, nothing at all! We decided to leave and they assured us of a full refund and to date I have not been reimbursed, they lied and made fun of us. They did not refund us even though we did not spend the two nights in the hotel, on the other hand they cashed well.
I've never seen this in my life, I advise you to flee because these people are not serious. RUN AWAY! NOT SERIOUS !

Zimmer sind sauber nur Badezimmer mit Schimmel befallen. Kein Duschgel und Seife vorhanden. Klimaanlage sehr laut auch im ausgeschalteten Zustand. Sehr nervig in der Nacht. Haben dies noch in der ersten Nacht bemängelt und frühmorgens hat man uns versprochen, dass ein Hausmeister sich das angucken wird. Ob das geschehen ist, kann ich nicht sagen, nächste Nacht wieder Ruhestörung durch die Klimaanlage.
