Borough is a traditional family restaurant in the heart of Leith. You will enjoy a homemade, seasonal cuisine, prepared with fresh local produce, with simplicity, generosity, but also daring. The "4 course" menu (in the evening) varies regularly, depending on the chef's inspiration and the market. The restaurant also has an environmentally friendly approach, which includes a selection of quality ingredients produced by local eco-responsible suppliers.
