Vegetarian Indian Restaurant, offering specialities from southern India, Punjab and Gujarat mainly. The dishes are rather spicy and very close to what you can taste in India.

Worst experience. Food was pathetic and ill managed by the team of kalpna . Quality of food was not at par with the price they are charging .

No frills but isn't the food nice! I was so pleased to find dosas and thalis on the all vegetarian menu. Not a chicken tikka masala in sight, thank goodness! Nice sambar and chaat starter too. Reasonably priced, but cash only so come prepared!

despite opening hours/ lunch buffet hours showing as 12-2 we were told we were too early at 12 and had to wait until 1:30 ish to eat. we left and came back a second time and still had to wait. another family simply left.

food was okay but a bit bland for my personal taste. idli seemed to be re-heated from previous day but dosai was good. naan was also good. there were no dishes to match with the dosai and idli, no sambar or anything. there was a dhaal, potato curry and a veggie kofte curry. i enjoyed the veggie kofte curry it was creative but the kofte themselves were few and far in between. rice pudding was a highlight of the buffet meal. all in all, for the price the experience wasn't that good. music was being played from someone's phone connected to bluetooth and as they received messages you could hear the notifications. we paid around £30 for two of us for the buffet which food price wise is fair enough for the restaurant but i personally wouldn't go again. then again, i'm south indian/sri lankan i need more spice! so white people or north indians might enjoy.

shout out tho because i left my umbrella there and they kept it for me i need to pick it up still so i'm giving them an extra star as a sorry????
