The parador is located in the former Benedictine monastery of San Pedro de Villanueva (12th-17th century), declared a national monument. The rooms, all in stone and wood, are both elegant and warm. Not to mention the restaurant where you can enjoy a tasty traditional cuisine. You can visit the 17-hectare estate that surrounds it and take a walk along the Sella River, admiring the splendid views of the surrounding mountains.

Vraiment très bonne cuisine. Nous avons essayé la viande (bœuf et porc) et celles-ci étaient délicieuses.
Quant aux desserts, il sont dignes d'un chef patissier et le service est toujours très bien
Muy buena comida. Probamos la carne (carne de res y cerdo) y estos estaban deliciosos.
En cuanto a los postres, son dignos de un jefe pastelero y el servicio es siempre muy bueno.

Nous étions dans la petite extension ou c’ Plus intime et beaucoup moins bruyant (il y avait un club d’anglais avec des Jaguars qui parlaient fort - une trentaine de personnes

La localisation dans une grande boucle routière et en fond de vallée peu faire craindre le pire mais cela a en fait peu d'importance par rapport au plaisir qu'on a a séjourner dans ce parador. La partie ancienne de cet établissement, sa cour intérieure, son église est remarquable. Le parc est vaste et très vert. Le parking est également de vaste. L'accueil est très bon. L a chambre est de très belle taille et très confortable à tout point de vue. Tout est parfaitement propre. Le petit déjeuner est très sympathique pour les choix proposés et l'efficacité du service.
