Situated in the pretty square of Trascorrales, this traditional restaurant serves excellent market cuisine. The dishes in sauce are simmered over a low fire with good local produce, bought at the local market, and many traditional specialities, such as frixuelos with leeks and prawns or the unmissable fabada. Also delicious fish such as Cudillero hake or fresh squid served in their ink. In season, mushroom dishes are also worth a visit. A charming address!
