Read moreThis is the home of one of the young hopefuls of Asturian cuisine, Ricardo González, who has been awarded a Michelin star. He retains classic elements of Asturian cuisine, such as croquettes, fabada, or rice pudding, but on this basis he offers a contemporary and non-conformist cuisine. To do this, he draws up two menus, very often modified to take account of the seasons and work, for example, in winter, with the products of the hunt such as wild boar, deer, woodcock... and all year round, with seasonal vegetables and fruit.
