Things to see and do Faido

The Hermitage of the Vierge de la Peña de Faido is the oldest sanctuary in the Basque Country. Built in a cave in the th century, the church gradually enlarged to three floors. It also enriched itself with various additions, including outside buildings of Romanesque style. It will see a magnificent th century altarpiece carved in stone and murals that enhance the beauty and strangeness of the site.
