Balmaseda, a town in the province of Bizkaia in Spain, has a tourist office where visitors can obtain information on Balmaseda and the Encartaciones region, as well as on the province of Bizkaia and the Basque Country. The tourist office also offers guided tours, a free audio guide service and the sale of merchandising and food products. On weekends and public holidays, it is open from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm.
