Un buen hotel, las habitaciones son grandes y tienen de todo lo necesario. Se nota que lo han reformado hace poco pero le faltan algunos detalles. Estuvimos muy cómodos, a unos 10 min andante del casco antiguo.

Ubicación muy buena, habitaciones limpias y cómodas… pero lo que puedo destacar es la inmejorable actitud del recepcionista que nos atendió, Fernando, amable, profesional, nos explico detalladamente lo que podíamos visitar!! Y siempre con una sonrisa!! Feliciadades hotel Bilbi por contar con personal de este calibre

En plus de l’emplacement j’ai pris cette hôtel car il proposer parking et berceau pour bébé, une fois arrivée pas de berceau…très très mauvaise expérience que je n’oublierais pas et le parking,,sans ascenseur. Sans oublié les aller-retour à l’accueil pour prendre et rendre le badge pour sortir et rentrer sa voiture. Petite chambre avec une Clim qui ne fonctionne pas. Une seul nuit Dieu merci, j’aurais dû regarder les commentaires avant. En bref je recommande pas du tout.

El hotel está muy limpio y muy cómodo y pegado al casco viejo. Agradecerle a Marta su simpatía y lo que nos ayudó porque tuvimos un problema con el coche
