Excellent hotel. I could not find any fault with the hotel. Quiet Location near river. 5 mins walk to shopping area. 8 mins walk to Abando Train Station. Staff are all friendly. Nice breakfast. Room is spacious with coffee machine. Comfortable bed.

Muy bien. En pleno centro de Bilbao. A 100 metros más o menos del Guggenheim. Las habitaciones impecables, El servicio también. No pedimos desayuno incluido porque nos pareció caro 30 euros por día. Un buen detalle, las bebidas que no son alcoholicas son gratis en el mini bar. Las pantuflas también. Nosotros fuimos 3 días y nos cobraron 340 euros. No está mal. Tienen parking pero hay que reservar. Para aparcar hay zonas verdes muy cerca. Sin problemas. Mi valoración es excelente. En resumen, si volvemos a Bilbao, repetiremos.

Leider war das Zimmer unterhalb der Rezeption, der Blick aus dem kleinen Fenster ging in den Hinterhof gegen eine Wand :(

Frühstück war super, frische Omelettes wurden zubereitet, sehr vielfältiges Buffet.

Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption und der Bar waren sehr freundlich.

Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen, zu Fuß ist man innerhalb von 5 Minuten in der Innenstadt und in 15 Minuten beim Guggenheim Museum.

Todo genial, el desayuno maravilloso con una gran variedad de bollería, pan, fruta, yogures, cereales y bebida incluyendo zumo de naranja recién exprimido. La atención muy buena por parte de todos los trabajadores del hotel y el spa. El único pero que encontramos fue la comodidad de la cama, para un rato es cómoda pero a lo largo de la noche te empieza a doler la espalda y el descanso se complica.
