A modern 5-star hotel with a breathtaking view of the Guggenheim. Its surprising facade, made of mirrors, offers a constant play of reflections with the museum. Cylindrical architecture and sophisticated design then make all the difference. You will notice for example the huge sculpture "Cypress" in the hall. The hotel offers 145 comfortable, sober and contemporary rooms, some with a view of the museum. You can also enjoy the delicious breakfast served on the terrace, offering an incomparable view of the river and the Guggenheim Museum.

Magnífico hotel con una terraza de vistas espectaculares sobre el Guggenheim. Trato exquisito del personal y comida deliciosa.
En mi opinión visita obligada en Bilbao.

Hemos estado en el hotel y nos ha encantado tanto recepción, conserjería,cafetería,comedor,limpieza etc. Les damos una puntuación de un diez y en especial a Unai (recepción) por su información y amabilidad ❤️????

Para ser un hotel de 5 estrellas le falta excelencia. El baño no especialmente limpio, había un tubo de plástico que parecía la cubierta de una aguja, apenas jabón, gel, champú y poco más… las toallas más usadas de lo que a uno le gustaría en un hotel de esta categoría.
El restaurante no está a la altura tampoco.
Eso sí, la habitación con vistas al guggenheim espectacular.
