Restaurant in Bilbao offering risottos, salmon or duck confit.

Located just opposite the Ribera market, Peso Neto is a former neighbourhood bar transformed in 2015 by a trio of friends in tune with the times. A few vintage notes in the decoration, a well-crafted menu, lots of dishes served in jars (the restaurant's signature): that's all it took to seduce the trendy clientele from the surrounding area. The menu is very eclectic and offers for example a risotto of pork shank with honey, a baked salmon with beet hummus, or a duck confit with cherry and vermouth sauce.

J'y étais avec mes collègues. Service irréprochable. Accueil sympa. Ce resto nous a bien plu. Un des meilleurs à Bilbao.
