A modern bistro, close to the Ribera market, which is an excellent option at lunch or dinner time thanks to its well-designed menus. Its minimalist décor features inventive recipes that have earned it the distinction of being one of the "20 best menus of the day in Spain" according to the daily El País! Good seasonal produce and renovated Basque cuisine are the keys to this success, as well as good value for money. Also note the quality of the service, always friendly and attentive at all times!
