Situated right next to the Azkuna Zentroa Cultural Centre, a Japanese restaurant with an ultra-carefully decorated, contemporary setting and fair prices. You can enjoy the unmistakable sushi and fried noodles, but also fusion dishes with Japanese and Mediterranean influences. Among the makis and uramakis, the choice is infinite: shrimp and avocado, red tuna and ponzu sauce, mozzarella, dried tomato and pesto, salmon and fresh cheese... Attentive service and a very pleasant setting for a change from the pintxos bars!
