The office offers various services such as appointment booking (Cita Previa), public locker rental (Taquilla d'uso publico) and parcel delivery with Citypaq de Correos. It is also possible to download the Correos application to facilitate delivery and track parcels. The Bilbao post office also offers special services such as customs clearance, administrative procedures with the DGT (Direction Générale du Trafic) and postal forwarding. It also has an online store where you can buy postal supplies, philatelic products and gifts.
