HOTEL RESTAURANTE DOLAREA ^{* * * *}

A 17th century caserío converted into a charming hotel, within the monumental complex of Igartza. The site is home to a four-century old tolare (Basque wine press), which can be visited today. The hotel has been renovated in a contemporary style and offers around 20 comfortable rooms, some of which are attic rooms. The restaurant offers several seasonal menus in a pleasant setting. The more informal cafeteria area serves breakfast and a del día menu.
