IGLESIA SANTA MARIA

Built in the 15th century and completed in the 18th, it perfectly reflects the artistic evolution from the Renaissance to the modern era. It is a church of monumental dimensions, close to those of a cathedral, characterised by three naves of equal height, sepulchral chapels set between the buttresses, a raised choir, a porch tower, a vaulted cloister on the southern side and a sacristy leaning against the chevet and richly furnished. This church is one of the masterpieces of religious architecture in Gipuzkoa.
