Z ESPACIO CULTURAL

It is one of the two museums dedicated to Ignacio Zuloaga (1870-1945), the other is in Segovia. Located in the painter's family home, at the mouth of the River Urola, the building rises between the protected marshlands and the beach. It contains the artist's studio, a chapel with a beautiful Gothic altarpiece, private collections of Romanesque Virgins and primitive altarpieces, some Greco, Goya, Zurbaran, sculptures by Rodin and, in the studio, Zuloaga's canvases on display thanks to a rolling system. The whole is surprising and magical.
