EUREKA! SCIENCE MUSEUM

Accessible to all, a playful, interactive, innovative museum that strives to transmit scientific knowledge: astronomy, thanks to its planetarium that projects high definition images on a 360° screen, or its observatory installed in a tower over 30 metres high. The museum will introduce you to the fascinating world of scientific and technical phenomena through various thematic sections: Games of Light, Mechanical World... or the brand new Sparks of Energy room. The museum also houses the Animalia area with more than 20 species of live animals. You'll see turtles, rainforest snakes, jellyfish and octopus! A room of simulators awaits you to live unique experiences and transport you into a world of thrills: GP motorcycle, F1 car, Orion ship, Max Flight flight cabin or the unmissable roller coaster simulator! The astronomical observatory is a place of exciting activities for astronomy enthusiasts. Under a large dome, two huge telescopes allow you to observe the stars and planets during guided night tours. Outside the museum there is an exhibition of models of the emblematic buildings of San Sebastián and Gipuzkoa. There is also a botanical garden. Finally, the museum has a large car park and a restaurant, all in a privileged environment 10 minutes from the centre of San Sebastián.
