THE BALANCE GASTROBAR

For the more motivated, this cocktail bar located on the outskirts of the city, on the ground floor of a Soviet building that didn't look like it was going to happen, is probably the best place in all of Novorossiysk to go out. The cocktails are of very, very good quality, worked and original, and star mixologists regularly come here from all over the country to give demonstrations. You can of course take the opportunity to have a snack, the menu is designed to make beautiful food and wine matches (well, food and cocktails!)
