The name of the establishment refers to the round Soviet confectionery in which all Russians dipped their hands on a festive day (whose French name is the result of a convoluted history, fuelled by the francophilia of the aristocracy of Imperial Russia). You can buy these retro sweets that are back in fashion here, as well as homemade candles in the tiny shop hidden at the back of the establishment.
