Cardiff is full of superb restaurants that make us travel and discover other cuisines. And this one is a wonderful example. It all began in the 1990s, when the owner moved to Britain with the idea of opening a restaurant that would bring out the best in Turkish cuisine. On the menu, cold mezzés such as tabbouleh and hummus, or hot ones such as soups or grilled halloumi, dishes with grilled meat or other specialties. And for dessert, there's an excellent carrot cake, for example.
