Located at the foot of the Kotohira sanctuary, this small school offers workshops for making sanuki udon, the local specialty. From kneading to tasting, you can discover all the stages of making the famous noodles with a master expert in the field. A complete and fun experience and, if the hosts don't always speak perfect English, we can easily manage with gestures and smiles! The class lasts about fifty minutes.
