This famous establishment is both a restaurant, which offers among other things Toshiake udon, and a shop specializing in noodles, cooked by the master craftsman Masaaki Kagawa, who has maintained the recipe for three generations. The restaurant looks like a typical Japanese canteen, with tables and a counter on one side and a tatami corner on the other. The atmosphere is often lively. The quality/price/culinary discovery ratio is very good.
