A good address to taste excellent udon in a friendly setting. The chef and his wife learned to cook udon together, inspired by a culinary family tradition. The udon marries marvellously with the sauce made from kombu (seaweed) and bonito. The prices are very competitive and the location of the restaurant is a plus on a day trip to the centre of Tottori. It is possible to choose cold or hot udon and to select the accompaniment(wakame, meat, tempura, raw egg...).
