The temple is located 3 km northeast of the railway station, and its Zen garden is also said to have been designed by Sesshū. It was originally the residence of Masahiro O'uchi. The garden reveals to its visitors many vertical rocks, a style of layout characteristic of the Muromachi period (1333-1573). It can be admired from the main temple building, sitting on tatami mats. The peace and quiet is royal. The temple is located 15 minutes walk from Miyano Station.
