This ancient shrine, founded in 594, has long been a pilgrimage destination for samurai. It worships the elder brother of the sun goddess Amaterasu, Oyamazumi no Okami - a deity representing mountains, oceans and war. In this shrine you can see several national treasures or important cultural goods, impressive weapons and armor. There is an entrance fee for the museum.
