If you are an oyster lover, you must absolutely stop at this establishment which is the temple of shellfish restaurants on the island of Miyajima. Oysters are served in many ways, raw with a little soy sauce, vinegar, lemon and wasabi, but also grilled, in fritters or in curry... The establishment has been a family business for over 60 years. If you're on a tight budget, try the kaki-meshi (oysters placed on rice infused with theumami of the mollusks) for ¥1,100. Keep in mind that there are only oysters on the menu!
