MARCHÉ D'OMICHO

Established during the Edo period, the Omicho Market has been an essential part of Kanazawa's culture for over 280 years. This sprawling market has more than 170 shops and stalls, including a large number of fish shops selling fish freshly caught from the Sea of Japan. In a cheerful atmosphere, you stroll from one stall to another, contemplating the food and the colors of the stalls. You can buy small snacks here and there, which you can eat on the go.
