MIYOSHIAN

This century-old traditional restaurant, located in the Kenroku-en garden, is arguably the nicest place to try kaga ryōri. At lunch, the menu offers three choices, consisting of rice, miso soup and a tempting assortment of appetizers (from three to six, depending on the menu you choose). In the evening, only kaiseki cuisine is served here, by reservation only (¥7,865 plus VAT). This menu, which adapts to the seasons and local ingredients, showcases the richness of the region's cuisine.
