GASSHOZUKURI MINKAEN OPEN AIR MUSEUM

This open-air museum includes 26 traditional buildings from the region and offers demonstrations of craftsmanship. Among the buildings, nine have been designated as important cultural properties of Gifu Prefecture. Several of them are preserved in their original state, such as the water mill. In this museum, you can learn about the history and culture of the village. This site is a must-see, especially in such a pleasant natural setting.
