One of the best izakaya in Takayama. Hida beef with miso, sashimi and tempura, and tasty sakes to accompany it all. That's about it, the program that awaits you. You can choose between sets or a la carte. Hida beef is, once again, well represented. We recommend the tataki, the Hida beef lightly seared with ponzu, or the beef in yakitori (it is perhaps in its simplicity that it is the best). The menu of local sakes is quite extensive, which allows you to make some nice discoveries.
