TREMPLIN D'OKURAYAMA (OKURAYAMA-SCHANZE)

If you've ever wondered what it feels like to take off and jump on skis, this tour, which gives you the opportunity to climb to the top of one of these jumps and enjoy the impressive descent, is for you. The ski jump was expanded to accommodate the 1972 Winter Olympics. It is still in use today. You can get there by a chairlift that runs along the vertiginous run. You will also find the Sapporo Olympic Museum.
