RESTAURANT MOLIÈRE

The Molière restaurant is located in the Sapporo district. Its large bay windows make the setting bright and offer a view of Maruyama Park. It's a good place to enjoy French dishes such as roast local lamb flavored with fine herbs, or turbot carpaccio accompanied by seasonal vegetables. The latter, as well as the meats and fish used in the cooking, come from local production and fishing.
