KOKOROMI

Situated just a stone's throw from the south entrance of Himeji Station, this bar has an extraordinary variety of sake originating from Hyōgo. One can lean over the bar or a table while standing. Screens, in English, allow you to select the sake you want, according to your tastes: dry, sweet, fruity... Each glass is accompanied by a paper describing the alcohol being tasted as well as a photo of the bottle from which it comes. A beautiful way to discover the infinite world of sake. Small dishes are also served.
