Founded in 1751, this brewery is famous for making Fukuju sake, which is very popular in Japan. It is possible to taste the sake from the house and buy it in the shop. The brewery offers various facilities, such as the Sakabayashi, a culinary experience, or the Shun-Shin-Kan Hall, for a rakugo show or concerts. Fukuju Blue Label sake has been served for many years at the banquet of the Nobel Prize ceremony.
