Perched on Mount Rokkō, at the Cable Shita funicular station Rokkō, this vantage point offers what is known here as "the $10 million view". It is one of the most popular spots in the region and is even said to have been visited by the Emperor Shōwa. Here you can admire not only the city lights of Kōbe, but also those of Ōsaka. And if the weather is clear, it is even possible to see the coast of Wakayama Prefecture. It's at nightfall that the show is at its most enchanting.
