It is one of the most remarkable automaton museums in the world. Inside, mechanisms and automatons representative of modern Japan are displayed along with automatons and toys from all over the world. Some of the automatons are said to have inspired the British series Thunderbirds broadcast in France under the name " Les Aventures de Lady Pénélope" (The Adventures of Lady Penelope ). Diorama enthusiasts will be thrilled with a large-scale model of the German Märklin Railway.
