More than just a local fixture, Cafe Roka is probably one of the best restaurants in Arizona. Arriving in Bisbee in 1990 for a visit, chef Rod Kass immediately felt at home here; two years later, he opened this restaurant. Here, he serves refined cuisine with a modern twist, including Italian, Californian and Mediterranean touches. Although the menu contains only eight dishes, all are inspired and tasty, as are the nine "small plates " that lend themselves to sharing. Reservations highly recommended.
