A great hotel with bar and free internet in Flagstaff's historic district, one of the best in town.

Built in 1927, the hotel is located in the heart of Flagstaff's historic district. In the 1940s and 1950s, when over a hundred films were being shot in the area, it played host to celebrities such as Jane Russell, Gary Cooper, John Wayne and Bing Crosby. One of the rooms was even used as a set for a scene in the film Casablanca. Today, the hotel is still one of the city's finest. It boasts 50 fully-equipped rooms with free Wi-Fi. Inside, the Monte Vista Cocktail Lounge often hosts live music.
