THE RED GARTER INN

The French translation means "The Red Garter". Yes, this building, built in 1897, used to be a saloon and a brothel upstairs. The architectural plans were designed to separate the two levels completely, with a separate staircase in the front and a layer of cork under the floor for soundproofing. The ladies are long gone, and this B&B is now listed as a historic monument. If walls could talk... Each room (4 in all) has its own legend, and its name an explanation.
