In concrete terms, it is a brioche bun filled with lobster, to which grilled cheese can be added. Lobster West offers two other versions: crab and shrimp. He also serves delicious soups, with lobster bisque, New England clams, or Maryland crab. For dessert: Whoopie Pies. A good address, very affordable for seafood of this quality.
