Hidden away from the beach of Ocean Beach, this wine-cellar restaurant is one of our heartbeat. They eat in the middle of local and international bottles, bottles that can be bought and consumed during their meal at the boutique price. The atmosphere is very warm with a few jazz notes. The menu, Italian inspired, is not with refined and rich dishes. You'll be advised in particular of the seafood risotto. It is also possible to take a seat around the long bar for a glass of wine, which is found at unbeatable prices during happy hour.

Very nice dinner, you were able to choose your own bottle of wine from their large selection. We split the cheese plate appetizer and lemon curd dessert across the table and both were quiet good. There weren't a lot of vegetarian options, but there were some. I had the Mushroom and Asparagus Risotto, which was fantastic!

Had the short ribs and the chicken sandwich. Wife says short ribs are the best she's ever had. Meanwhile, the chicken sandwich was basically flavorless. The chicken had no flavor it was the strangest thing. All you could taste was some pesto. Wine selection seems very vast and impressive and affordable. Will go again but not for the sandwich.

This was an interesting restaurant, almost seemed more like a wine store. Racks of wine throughout that you could search for that perfect wine for your dish. Then they uncork it for you and serve with their delicious meals. We had the seafood risotto and it was excellent, it came with 4 shrimp and two huge scallops (half dollar sized), perfectly cooked risotto in a cream sauce. We also shared a goat milk cheesecake which was equally delicious and definitely unique.
