You'll eat Pad See Ew - thick rice noodles fried with egg and soy sauce, served with Chinese broccoli - and Pad Thai - thin rice noodles fried in tamarind, with egg, bean sprouts, peanuts, green onions and cilantro - just like in Thailand. Also on the menu: curries, soups and rice dishes. If the season permits, we will try the national dessert: the famous mango sticky rice.
