Went here for a birthday and had the worst experience. Edna, the front desk, was unprofessional and was accused of harassing guests by multiple people. It is sad because we had been to this location many times and although the hotel is old and the rooms can be musty, the staff made up for it. We won't be returning. Multiple guests called Jose, the manager, to discuss their experience and he was most concerned with "viewing the cameras" rather than offering an apology for how we all felt. It's disappointing. I also received extra room charges after the fact that I am certain were directly related to the immature and very young acting front desk girl who was on quite the tirade that weekend. We had multiple rooms blocked off and have sent a letter to the owner. Normally, I don't like to complain at all but this truly was over the top mistreatment.

Stayed the weekend for a wedding in Palm Springs.

Pros:
- great location
- hotel staff is very nice and accommodating
- Tiki bar is really cool and the food is good!
- pool area is really pretty

Cons: THE WEBSITE PHOTOS ARE VERY DECEIVING!!!!

- rooms are dated and kind of dirty. Had an "old" smell and very dark. Uncomfortable beds and everything really needs an upgrade. Very cheap motel feel. Expected a little more, especially for the price of the room!

- BELIEVE THE REVIEWS ABOUT THE WATER TEMPERATURE CONSTANTLY CHANGING FROM HOT TO COLD CONSTANTLY! Very annoying and uncomfortable.

Will not stay here again ????
