Perfectly situated between the centre and the marina, the Indigo Hotel is a good starting point for exploring the beautiful city of Santa Barbara. The rooms are comfortable and pleasant, the interior, an example of a blend of historical architecture and contemporary design. We love the artistic touch throughout the rooms and the common rooms.

The front desk didn’t care and showed lots of attitude towards my situation. They had me call the bank - and then release the hold just to leave even though both of my accounts were clearly charged twice and you can clearly see my accounts were drained of everything . ( Over the weekend holds are not released right away ) . Because of this I was left broke and didn’t have any Cash at all during my last three days of vacation . And NOW charged me again 3 days later .
They did NOTHING to compensate me for such an ordeal. I would not recommend this hotel if you don’t have extra cash bc they will charge you several times in a row and then say sorry when you’re left with nothing .
Services? No fridge, or elevator (not sure how a motility challenged individual would stay here). Drinking water - bring your own.
Location - did i mention the train line adjacent to the hotel. Thin walls and train noises- hope you're a deep sleeper.
