Great stay, was able to get around because everything is near by just make sure you come with your bathroom essentials and everything because the stores markets are VERY limited. Rooms are nice the bathroom is a little outdated so you might see rust but it is clean. The hot water works like a charm. The heaters in the room is DELIGHTFUL! I couldn’t get a good nights rest how good the heater worked. It was hot every time i woke up in 20 degrees. Perfect stay will do it again.

Adequate. Partially updated. Uneven heating.

We were assigned Unit 5, which may differ from other units.

Except for bathrooms, all the heat comes from a gas-fired wall unit near the front door. The top-of-stairs bedroom gets way too warm, while other rooms may be comfortable or cold...a frustration partially solved by opening windows in winter.

A huge puddle spans the entrance to the parking lot, making access by foot a little tricky.

Unit 5 had all the basic essentials in working order, except for a dead outlet between the twin beds.

No bathroom exhaust fans. No eating table...just a little counter, just large enough for two. Strange for a 2-bedroom unit.

The decor and lighting were a little sad.

The shortcomings may be more acceptable in warm weather.

What a terrible company. My husband who is in the military was supposed to have 2 days off so we could spend Christmas here. Unfortunately the military decided with recent event they are training through that time. We contacted them to see if there was a way we could get a refund. They answered with unfortunately not. But it’s not only that but it took us calling 4 times and emailing them to even get any response after 3 days. We checked the website and could not find their policy on if it is refundable before we booked but not only till after we booked it said non-refundable. If you value miltary members and their families boycott this place who treats them so poorly.

Super cute place nestled in the trees on a quiet, dead end street just minutes from town. Jesus is friendly and accommodating; he lives on site and makes sure everyone is comfortable and taken care of. They provide you with a number to call or text if you need anything or have questions. I love that they play music all day on the outdoor speakers!! It gives the place even more life than it has already. It’s not loud at all, it’s relaxing and they turn it off by 10 pm. There’s multiple gas grills and fire pit sitting areas on site, along with corn hole and bocce ball. Nice ambiance in the evening under the lights while looking out into the canal that leads to the lake. In the main outdoor area of the cabins there’s a family style table and an outdoor fireplace. Great spot to stargaze! Grounds are well maintained. The pool was clean and towels are supplied. We stayed in the studio (smallest room) because our Airbnb turned into a disaster and we were desperate to get out quickly. It ended up being pretty comfortable considering how small it was. The rooms and bathrooms are super clean and they supply you with towels, hand towels, wash cloths, shower gel, bar soap, shampoo, and conditioner. The studio has a TV w/ Roku, fireplace, mini fridge, coffee cups, wine glasses, wine opener, a coffee maker, sugar, cream and stirrers. The only minor complaints I had were that there was no shelf in the shower to put your stuff on and the bed was a bit stiff. At least the bed linens were super clean and comfy! Your stay includes free bike and canoe rentals so be sure to take advantage of those! We had a great time on the canoe. Overall, we had a wonderful, comfortable stay at Noon Lodge and will definitely stay again when in BBL!

This place is beautifully curated in design and nature. The grounds are incredibly kept and the attention to detail in the decor is that of a magazine. Jesus is amazing. He is so friendly and thorough when we asked for help. Enjoyed a lot of bird watching in the early morning. We will be back to enjoy this place soon! What a gem

Beautiful cabins inside and out with a fireplace and cozy blankets. It’s a quiet area near the lake which was frozen over. The only sad thing was the amount of trash left behind from guests. Someone just cleaned their car out right in the parking lot leaving behind opened soda cans, fast food bags, used medical masks, cigarettes and whatever else other people left behind. The amount of old trash and new trash made it seem like this was normal. The staff needs to help keep it clean and enforce littering fines.

Overall cute place and atmosphere just very dirty cabin and furniture. The place hadn’t been swept and the rug in the living area was so dirty it had visible dirt, dust and crumbs all over it. Also good luck trying to get anyone on the phone or a response if you have an inquiry. For the high price you pay, the very least you’d expect is a clean cabin upon arrival.

Was here the weekend of August 13th. It was good to get away from the city, perfect time ,just before the kids go back to school, quiet ,very clean and plenty of activities for the kids to have a blast. The host Jesus was very attentive and friendly, always making sure we we’re having a pleasant time and asking if we needed anything, he had some good pointers for a hiking trail and places to eat. Had a great experience,my family and I enjoyed are stay at noon lodge, will definitely be coming back in the future

Stayed at Noon Lodge in August 2022. Instantly fell in love with the lodge the moment we parked. I wanted to leave this review to thank Jesus the Manager of the property for making our stay perfect. He was very sweet and accommodating, working hard to make everyone's stay perfect.

One item we were hoping for was the lake access from the property. Unfortunately there is no water at the dock on the property, the lake levels have been low. Looks to have water at the dock in the winter and early spring. The grounds are beautiful and very well kept. The fire pits are turned on every evening right before sunset with plenty of seating for all guests. There is music playing on the property until 10pm that adds to the ambiance. Quiet time begins at 10pm and fires are turned off. The pool is cleaned daily and kept at a refreshing temperature although there is no spa. There are two bikes that can be used.

The rooms are very cute and clean. The bed is a firm queen size with four pillows. I prefer a softer bed so I did toss and turn but this is personal preference. There is no AC in the rooms, they do provide a fan. This was not an issue for us as the evening temperatures were in the low 50s. Our room did have a fire place, some rooms did not. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to cook a dinner. One con we had was the shower was very small with low water pressure.

Overall our stay was awesome! We are looking forward to returning! Thank you Jesus for making our new favorite lodge in Big Bear perfect!
