Opened in 2025, this traditional 8-unit house is located 10 meters from Niz Café, where guests can enjoy a delicious Omani breakfast. Tastefully renovated, it has four doubles on the first floor, including three rooms with an interior window and a more spacious suite with 7 windows overlooking the lanes of the old town. On the second floor, four rooms with higher ceilings are arranged around a courtyard terrace with armchairs - these are our favorites. The house is part of a chain of delightful boutique hotels.
