This charming guesthouse boasts a major asset: a garden with a truly beautiful swimming pool protected from outside view! The maze of staircases and half-levels lead to pretty, comfortable rooms (air-conditioning, private bathroom, choice of floor mattresses or beds) in four traditional houses. From the carpeted rooftop and elevated terrace to the rough-hewn furnishings, the view plunges down to the oasis and ancient houses. On the first floor, coffee and dates are served in the adorable majlis.

Typique avec ses inconvénients
Un hôtel typique avec des chambres sans fenêtres, une grande piscine agréable mais des transats cassés, un accueil pas très chaleureux, un petit-déjeuner buffet en terrasse avec des produits locaux mais sin on arrive tard il ne reste plus de choix, son point positif est sa situation juste à côté du fort

Chambre superbement bien décorée à l'Omanaise. Literie au sol mais de bonne qualité.
Cependant la salle de bain était privée mais séparée de la chambre il fallait sortir sur le palier, ce qui n'était vraiment pas clair lors de la réservation.
Buffet et petit déjeuner très bien, sur la terrasse qui offre une vue sur Nizwa. Piscine chauffée très agréable.
