Well located, just behind the National Gallery, a stone's throw from Republic Square, this establishment belongs to the first generation of private hotels in Yerevan. This means that it has had time to adapt to the changing hotel market. Construction was completed in 1998. It has only 14 rooms, but they are very spacious and equipped with all modern comforts; the furniture and design are a little kitsch, but it is a general trend. Also a basement parking lot, restaurant, bar, shops and a travel agency.
